		We are Rixt Ferkranus and Imco Toering. Together we run Vacances-en-Luberon. It all started in 2000, when Thomas Ferkranus - the father of Rixt - and his wife Heleen moved to Reilanne in the Parc Naturel du Luberon, Alpes de Haute Provence. In the following years they have shaped Vacances-en-Luberon as it is now.
After the demise of Heleen in August 2010 Thomas continued Vacances-en-Luberon in the way Heleen and Thomas thought it up. In 2014 Thomas decided that it was time to retire. Because we both still had jobs in the Netherlands and did not have any experiece in running a Chambre d’hôtes and Gîtes we had trial season in 2015 for three months. Beause this was very much to our and Thomas’ satisfaction, we decided to take over Vacances-en-Luberon in 2016.
We (especially Thomas and Helen) have built beautiful accommodations in our old notary House in Reillanne. Now there are comfortable gîtes (self catering accommodations) and chambres d ' hôtes (bed & breakfast). In 2017, we built a new kitchen in the House. We organize weekly (depending on the season) tables d ' hôtes for our guests. Off season we spend our time to renovation and maintenance of the old notary house. The season starts again from mid March for receiving guests.
	The House is on the edge of the old village and at 150 metres from the village square.
We experience the living here as very enjoyable and want to share this with people who want to spend their holiday in the Provence.
